How do I place an order?

Pick the items you want, add them to the inquiry list and send it - or message us directly on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, shipping options and payment details there.

How many balloons do I need for a balloon arch?

Roughly 80-100 balloons per 3 metres of garland, in mixed sizes. Our arch kits are sold by the pack and each product page lists the balloon count and the carton quantity, so you can scale up per event.

Latex or foil balloons - which should I order?

Latex is the workhorse for arches, garlands and colour gradients and is the cheaper option by pack. Foil is for shapes, numbers and letters, holds its shape far longer and needs no strip. The catalogue covers both.

Are the balloons air-filled or helium-filled?

Arch and garland kits are built for air and held by the strip, so any pump works. Foil balloons and ceiling clusters float on helium. Helium is not part of the catalogue - supply it locally.

What tools do I need to build an arch kit?

A pump, the included balloon strip, ribbon and the glue dots for the small filler balloons. Kits ship with these; only the pump is on you.

What colours and finishes do the balloons come in?

Gold, pink, blue, pastel and mint, black and white, plus confetti-filled and metallic foil finishes. Each product page lists colour, size and pack contents.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. The Bulk inquiry page lists the carton quantity, volume and gross weight for each product; send us the SKUs and carton counts for a quote.

What are the shipping and delivery times?

Times depend on destination and shipping method. Standard lead time on the catalogue is 10 days before dispatch; contact us for transit options.

Do you accept returns?

Contact us before you order, and message us right away if anything arrives damaged - see the Returns page.

Are the balloons latex-free or certified for children?

The catalogue does not state certifications for these items, and latex balloons are a choking hazard for children under 8. Contact us if you need documentation for your market.
